ＳＰＷ－Ⅰ型白细胞增长仪对５２８例恶性肿瘤化（放）疗病人以辅助治疗。结果表明：５１０例周围血白细胞计数呈不同程度的增高，有效率达９６．７％，４１４例明显增高，显效率７８．４％；药物对照组１２５例，３５例呈不同程度增高，有效率为２８．０％，２７例明显增高，显效率２１．７％。两组有效率和显效率Ｐ＜０．０１。仪器治疗组在减轻恶心、呕吐、增进食欲、改善精神等方面均有良好效果，对照组无此效果。提示该仪器在恶性肿瘤化（放）疗过程中是一有效的无创伤、无痛苦、且安全可靠的辅助治疗措施，在提高病人生活质量方面有良好的效果。使恶性肿瘤病人能够接受连续多周期药物化疗，从而提高了癌肿病人的治疗效果。
The SPW-I WBCG was used to assist the treatment of 528 patients with malignant tumors. The results showed that the peripheral blood leukocyte counts were increased to different degrees in 510 cases, the effective rate was 96.7%, 414 cases were significantly higher, the markedly effective rate was 78.4%; 125 cases in the drug control group, 35 cases showed different degrees of increase, the efficiency 28.0%, 27 cases significantly increased, the significant efficiency of 21.7%. The two groups of effective and significant efficiency P <0.01. The instrumental treatment group had good results in reducing nausea, vomiting, increasing appetite, and improving the spirit. The control group had no such effect. It is suggested that the device is an effective non-invasive, painless, safe and reliable auxiliary treatment in the process of malignant tumor (transmission) therapy, and has a good effect in improving the quality of life of patients. To enable patients with malignant tumors to receive continuous multi-cycle chemotherapy, thereby improving the treatment of cancer patients.
