中国物流与采购联合会采购委于2012年4月15日~5月15日在全国范围内展开采购调查。一、调查背景本次调查,提供数据的IT企业以外商投资或中外合资的为主,占到样本总量的61.1 1%;国有企业占16.67%;私企占16.67%;其他类型的企业占5.56%。从企业的规模来看,主要反映了大型、中型企业的情况。二、IT行业调查主要发现(1)IT行业近年来面临着利润下降,市场竞争激烈,产品周期缩短,成本上升等一系列的压力,这都使企业更加关注采购部门的作用,从调查可以看出,采购部门普遍受到企业高管的重视,部门的职责范围也在日益扩大。

Background of the Survey The surveyed and data-providing IT enterprises dominated foreign investment or Sino-foreign joint ventures, accounting for 61.1% of the total sample size; state-owned enterprises accounted for 16.67%; private enterprises accounted for 16.67%; other types of enterprises accounted for 5.56 %. From the perspective of the size of the enterprise, it mainly reflects the situation of large and medium-sized enterprises. Second, the IT industry survey found that (1) the IT industry in recent years are facing a series of pressures such as falling profits, fierce market competition, shortening product cycles and rising costs, which all make enterprises pay more attention to the role of purchasing department. From the survey we can see Out of the procurement department generally valued by business executives, departments are also increasingly wide range of responsibilities.
