在舞蹈的领域中,技术与艺术一直是一个令人争论的话题。对于舞蹈家而言,技术与艺术永远都是一对矛盾体,技术与艺术两者在一定程度上相互溶解,相互支撑,在舞蹈表演和编创的过程中,技术与艺术的溶解度,意味着舞蹈家向舞蹈艺术的靠拢痕迹。尤其是舞蹈演员,在掌握一定的技术技巧后,能否将技术技巧熟练地融合在舞蹈表演中,更能看出一个舞蹈演员的艺术修养。在舞蹈演员表演的过程中,通过“第一自我”和“第二自我”的转换,来达到艺术与技术的溶解,减少技术与艺术的独立痕迹,从而提高舞蹈艺术的艺术性,是舞蹈上升到一定的审美境界。
