目的建立气相色谱法测定蔬菜中杀菌剂和拟除虫菊酯类农药的分析方法。方法蔬菜经粉碎,加入乙腈匀质提取,盐析,40℃氮吹,正已烷溶解,过弗罗里矽柱,滤液在40℃再次氮吹近干,正已烷定容,采用DB-17毛细管柱分离,ECD检测器测定,一次进行2种杀菌剂和4种拟除虫菊酯类农药的检测。结果样品加标回收率在89.3%~109.6%之间,相对标准偏差在1.1%~8.3%之间,检出限在0.0018~0.037 mg/Kg之间。结论实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,各项技术指标满足蔬菜中杀菌剂和拟除虫菊酯类农药检测需要。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of bactericides and pyrethroid pesticides in vegetables by gas chromatography. Methods The vegetables were crushed, homogenized by adding acetonitrile, salting out, nitrogen blowing at 40 ℃, n-hexane dissolving and passing Florisil column, the filtrate was again dried at 40 ℃, 17 capillary column separation, ECD detector determination, a two kinds of fungicides and four kinds of pyrethroid pesticides detection. Results The spiked recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 89.3% to 109.6% with relative standard deviations between 1.1% and 8.3%. The limits of detection were between 0.0018 and 0.037 mg / Kg. Conclusion The experimental results show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. The technical indexes meet the needs of the detection of fungicides and pyrethroid pesticides in vegetables.
