改革开放以来我国无论在社会发展还是在经济发展上都取得了巨大的成就,也直接带动了大学生们在思想、生活等方面的变化,这恰恰为高校的学生管理工作带来了巨大的挑战,只有不断创新管理模式和机制,才能适应这种社会发展需要.基于此,本文首先对高校学生管理工作的现状进行分析,进而提出高校学生管理的创新策略.“,”Since the reform and opening up in China, social development and economic development have made tremendous achievements, but also directly leads to the changes in ideology, life of college students, which bring a great challenge to the management of university students, only continuous innovation management mode and mechanism, in order to meet the needs of social development. Based on this, this paper on the status of the management of college students are analyzed, and then puts forward the innovation strategy of the management of university students.
