本文认为,企业家角色经历的三大阶段(定位前、定位中、定位后),对应着企业家生成机制的三个方面(人力资本投资激励机制、企业家甄别选择机制、企业家使用的激励——约束机制);开拓着企业家人力资本的三个维度(效率性人力资本、交易性人力资本、动力性人力资本);孕育着企业家绩效的三个主观因素(能力、机会、努力)。对企业家生成过程进行系统思考、全面激励。既是企业家成长的内在要求,也更符合我国现阶段的实际。
This paper argues that the three phases of entrepreneurial experience (before positioning, positioning and positioning) correspond to three aspects of entrepreneurial generation mechanism (human capital investment incentive mechanism, entrepreneur screening selection mechanism, entrepreneurial incentives - Constraint mechanism). It explores three dimensions of entrepreneur human capital (efficiency human capital, transactional human capital, dynamic human capital) and three subjective factors (ability, opportunity, effort) that nurture entrepreneurial performance. . Systematic reflection on the process of entrepreneurial generation, fully motivated. It is not only the inherent requirement of entrepreneurship growth but also the reality of our country at this stage.
