沟后水库位于青海省海南州恰卜恰镇北１３ ｋｍ 处，１９９３ 年８ 月２７ 日溃决，造成了不良社会影响和人民生命财产的巨大损失，现重新修复。笔者对修复工程常规原型观测设计作了阐述，并结合该工程特点，对目前尚无人涉足的双层面板相对位移观测、设备的改造作了详尽记述。
Gouhou Reservoir is located 13 km north of Chabu Center in Hainan Province, Qinghai Province. It was ruled on August 27, 1993, causing unhealthy social effects and huge loss of people’s lives and property. It is now being rebuilt. The author elaborates the routine prototype observation and design of the restoration project. Based on the characteristics of the project, the author gives a detailed account of the relative displacement observation and equipment reconstruction of the double-decked panel that no one has been involved yet.
