患者男性,53岁,诊断为:鼻咽癌,入院后行化疗,方案为紫杉醇+冻干顺铂。按常规预防过敏反应处置后,将紫杉醇30 mg溶于葡萄糖100mL中静脉滴注,30滴/min缓慢静脉滴注,血压140/85mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133kPa),脉搏90次/min。输注10min后,患者突然出现烦躁不安、心悸、胸憋、气促。查体:口唇发绀,血压158/90mm Hg,
Patients, male, 53 years old, diagnosed as: nasopharyngeal carcinoma, chemotherapy after admission, the program for paclitaxel + lyophilized cisplatin. According to the conventional prevention of allergic reactions, 30 mg of paclitaxel was dissolved in 100 mL of glucose and slowly dripped at 30 drops / min.
