In May 1980, when I was the chief engineer of the Agency, the trade union sent me a copy of “Construction Workers” (Initial Issue Number). I doubled and was attracted by the content of the publication. I asked the trade union to send me a copy each time. After the end of the year, I continued to subscribe.
