现在企业管理理念认为企业管理需要具备三个条理性,即规范化、精细化和个性化,其中精细化作为企业从规范化管理向个性化管理的过渡,起到十分重要的作用。在实现企业个性化管理之前,企业管理精细化,能够让企业长盛不衰,高产高效,在市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文针对汽车零部件行业实施精细化管理背景以及必要性进行了阐述,并分析了其行业在实施精细化管理中的一些问题,提出了相应的改善对策。
Now the concept of business management that business management needs to have three rational, that is standardized, refined and personalized, of which refinement as standardized management to personalized business management transition, played a very important role. This paper describes the background and necessity of the implementation of the fine management in the auto parts industry, analyzes some problems in the implementation of the fine management in the industry, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
