由于大部分水稻育种的最终目标是获得高产、稳产,因此对于育种工作者来说,水稻产量及其构成因素是重要的性状。在大田试验中,采用随机区组设计,设两个重复,对CT 9993-5-10-1-M×IR 62266-42-6-2杂交而得的144份水稻品系DH群体的产量及其主要农艺性状的数量性状位点(QTL s)进行定位。采用M APM AKER/QTL1.1软件进行区间定位并估计每个QTL的表型方差的百分比,以LOD阈值>2.4来确定一个QTL的有无。试验鉴定出与6个水稻农艺性状如千粒重、单株产量、株高、穗长、粒宽、粒长宽比有关的23个QTL s,这些QTL s将有助于提高水稻产量,并有利于了解水稻产量性状的遗传调控。
Since the ultimate goal of most rice breeding is to achieve high yields and stable yields, rice yield and its composition are important traits for breeders. In the field experiment, a randomized block design was used to set up two replicates of the DH population of 144 rice lines obtained by crossing CT 9993-5-10-1-M × IR 62266-42-6-2 and their Quantitative trait loci (QTLs) of major agronomic traits were mapped. MAPM AKER / QTL1.1 software was used for interval mapping and the percentage of phenotypic variance of each QTL was estimated. The presence or absence of a QTL was determined by LOD threshold> 2.4. Twenty-three QTLs related to agronomic traits of rice such as 1000-grain weight, plant yield, plant height, spike length, grain width and grain aspect ratio were identified. These QTLs will help to increase rice yield, Understand the genetic regulation of rice yield traits.
