目的:明确汉、维族新生儿髋关节结构有无差异及其正常值范围。方法:采用Engesaeter、Terjesen、Graf、Morin-Harck四种超声方法对1273名汉、维族新生儿髋关节进行检查。结果:正常汉族新生儿髋关节。角59.1°±4.3°,β角48.8°±4.4°,髋臼指数:25.9±3.0,骨缘覆盖率:57.6±5.1%,股骨头覆盖率:46.9±6.8%,髋臼直径:15.6±0.8mm,股骨头直径:15.3±0.8mm;正常维族新生儿髋关节α角59.1°±4.4°,β角48.6°±3.8°,髋臼指数:26.1±3.2,骨缘覆盖率:57.2±4.6%,股骨头覆盖率:46.9±5.2%,髋臼直径:15.3±1.0mm,股骨头直径:15.3±1.1mm。结论:正常汉、维族新生儿髋关节之间差异均无统计学意义,男女髋关节各值有显著差异(P<0.0005)。
Objective: To determine whether Han and Uighur newborns have any difference in hip structure and its normal range. Methods: 1273 Han and Uighur newborn infants were examined by Engesaeter, Terjesen, Graf and Morin-Harck sonography. Results: Normal Han newborn hip joint. CONCLUSION: There is no significant difference in the hip joint between normal Han and Uighur newborn children, and there are significant differences between male and female hip joints (P <0.0005).
