普鲁卡因宫颈局部封闭(简称普鲁卡因封闭)在中期妊娠引产中应用,方法简便、安全。用药后能软化宫颈,加速宫颈扩张,缩短产程,减少病人痛苦。我科自1991年2月至1991年12月,对10例第1胎中期妊娠引产病人应用普鲁卡因宫颈局部封闭,取得较好效果,现报道如下。本组患者年龄为18～22岁,孕周为20~+～24周。患者按常规利凡诺羊膜腔内注药,利凡诺剂量为100mg。等其正规宫缩开始后,用1％普鲁卡因4ml,心率正常者还可加用阿托品
