目的:探讨δ-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)-光动力疗法(PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法:将72例尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组患者皮损局部用新鲜配制的20%的ALA溶液湿敷,3h后半导体激光照射,能量密度约为100J/cm2。对照组患者皮损用激光治疗。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of δ-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) -photodynamic therapy (PDT) in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: 72 cases of genital warts were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Skin lesions in the test group were wet-coated with 20% freshly prepared ALA solution and irradiated by a semiconductor laser after 3 hours. The energy density was about 100 J / cm 2. The control group of patients with laser treatment of skin lesions.
