本文应用放射性同位素65Zn示踪技术研究了苜蓿对微量元素锌的吸收和运转。结果表明,用~(65)ZnCl_2涂端叶有个吸收高峰,随后~(65)Zn含量逐渐下降,而其他器官内~(65)Zn的含量逐渐增高,~(65)Zn的利用率为3.32%;叶面喷施~(65)ZnCl_2后,~(65)Zn迅速进入各器官组织中,叶片中积累最多,茎中次之,根中最少,~(65)Zn的利用率为2.84%;通过根系引入的~(65)ZnCl_2,95.5%的锌残留在土壤中,仅有0.5%的锌被根系吸收,其中一部分向地上部运转。
In this paper, the use of radioactive isotopes 65Zn tracer technology to study alfalfa on the trace element zinc absorption and operation. The results showed that there was an absorption peak in ~ (65) ZnCl_2-coated leaves, then the content of ~ (65) Zn gradually decreased while the content of ~ (65) Zn in other organs increased gradually. ~ (65) Zn quickly entered into the organs and organs of leaves, and the highest accumulation was in the leaves, the least in the stems, the least in the roots, and the utilization rate of ~ (65) Zn was 2.84 %; ~ (65) ZnCl 2 introduced by the root system, 95.5% zinc remained in the soil, and only 0.5% Zn was absorbed by the root system, some of which was transferred to the shoot.
