应用免疫组织化学方法和流式细胞技术对喉癌和不典型增生上皮的P53蛋白表达和细胞周期中S期组分进行了研究,结果显示P53蛋白在轻度、中度、重度不典型增生上皮的表达率分别为4000%、6000%、7143%和7368%,声带息肉、不典型增生上皮和喉癌的S期组分分别为3451%、5018%和6220%。其中有8例在2种指标中均为阳性,有两例均为阴性。结果表明P53蛋白免疫组化和S期组分的测定对癌前病变的定性诊断具有重要意义。两种指标联合使用使诊断更准确可信。
Immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry were used to detect the expression of P53 protein and S phase in cell cycle in laryngeal carcinoma and atypical hyperplasia epithelium. The results showed that P53 protein was expressed in mild, moderate and severe atypical hyperplasia epithelium Were 4000%, 6000%, 7143% and 7368% respectively. The S phase components of vocal cord polyps, atypical hyperplasia epithelium and laryngeal carcinoma were 3451% and 5018 % And 62 20%. Of these, 8 were positive in both measures and two were negative. The results showed that P53 protein immunohistochemistry and S phase components of the determination of precancerous lesions qualitative diagnosis is of great significance. Combined use of two indicators to make the diagnosis more accurate and credible.
