现代企业的领导不是一个人,而是由多人组成的集团,即企业领导班子。每个企业都应建立一个良好的领导班子,以对企业的生产经营活动和思想政治工作实施全面、有效的领导。良好的领导班子,必须坚持干部“四化”标准,除要求每个成员有良好的政治、心理、文化、能力、观念等素质外,还要有科学合理的整体结构。实践证明,企业领导班子的整体领导效能,在很大程度上取决于领导班子的结构。
The leadership of a modern enterprise is not a person but a group composed of many people, that is, a leading group of enterprises. Each enterprise should establish a good leadership team to implement comprehensive and effective leadership over production and business activities and ideological and political work of enterprises. A good leadership team must adhere to the “four modernizations” standard of cadres, and in addition to requiring each member to have good political, psychological, cultural, aptitude, and ideological qualities, it must also have a scientific and reasonable overall structure. Practice has proved that the overall leadership effectiveness of corporate leadership depends to a large extent on the structure of the leadership team.
