我国将推行食品营养标签管理制度,强制标示能量和4种营养成分的含量值及参考值。8月17日,国家营养标签健康教育行动计划在京启动。今后3年,我国将开展以贯彻营养标签为主题的教育行动,并对食品企业进行营养标签知识指导。明年1月1日起,《食品安全国家标准预包装食品营养标签通则》正式实施。《通则》规定,预包装食品应在标签强制标示能量和4种营养成分(“1+4”)含量值及其占营养素参考值百分比。其中4种营养成分为4类核心营养素,即蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物和钠。
China will implement food nutrition labeling management system, mandatory labeling of energy content and four kinds of nutritional content and reference value. On August 17, the National Nutrition Label Health Education Action Plan was launched in Beijing. In the next 3 years, our country will carry out educational activities with the implementation of nutrition labeling as the theme, and provide guidance on nutrition labeling for food enterprises. January 1 next year, “National Food Safety Standard pre-packaged food nutrition labeling,” the official implementation. The “General Regulations” pre-packaged foods should be marked on the label mandatory energy and four kinds of nutrients (“1 +4”) content value and its percentage of nutrient reference value. Four of these nutrients are four types of core nutrients, namely protein, fat, carbohydrates and sodium.
