妇幼保健工作是关系到2/3人口保健工作的系统工程,其特点是面广量大,社会性及技术性较强。进入80年代以来,随着市场经济体制的建立与完善,给妇幼保健机构带来了很大的冲击,使妇幼保健工作面临许多困难,如投入不足、专业人才短缺等妨碍了妇幼保健工作的开展。本文就妇幼保健工作在新形势下面临的困难与出路做一阐述,以期为有关决策者及妇幼保健工作者提供参考。
Maternal and child health care work is a systematic project related to 2/3 of the population’s health care work. It is characterized by a wide range of social, technical and technical features. Since the 1980s, with the establishment and perfection of the market economy system, great impact has been exerted on the MCH institutions and many difficulties have been encountered in maternal and child health care work. For example, inadequate investment and shortage of professionals have hindered the development of maternal and child health care . This article elaborates the difficulties and solutions faced by MCH work in the new situation with a view to providing references for decision-makers and MCH workers.
