本文对当前高中化学教学的现状进行分析,发现其中存在的问题,并对产生的问题的原因进行有关的分析,最后从四个方面探讨出高中化学教学中教师创新能力培养的对策与建议,为教师的教学创新奠定一定的参考依据。
This article analyzes the status quo of high school chemistry teaching, finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, it discusses the countermeasures and suggestions on how to train the teachers’ innovative abilities in high school chemistry teaching from four aspects. Teachers teaching innovation laid a certain reference.
