目的探讨开放、腹腔镜、达芬奇机器人辅助下前列腺癌根治手术的医学经济特点及解决措施。方法回顾性分析某院近3年不同术式前列腺癌根治手术的病案资料,对影响其住院总费用的相关因素做单因素分析,以前列腺癌根治手术住院总费用为因变量对住院费用进行多元回归分析。结果单因素分析结果表明:付款方式、住院天数、病例类型、手术方式是影响住院费用的因素,多元线性回归分析显示影响住院费用的因素依次为手术方式、住院天数和付款方式。结论根据病情选择最佳手术方式,使患者尽快康复,缩短住院天数,减轻患者负担。
Objective To investigate the medical and economic characteristics of Open and Laparoscopic and Da Vinci robot-assisted radical prostatectomy and its solutions. Methods A retrospective analysis of a hospital for nearly three years of different surgical procedures of radical prostatectomy data on the impact of the total cost of hospitalization of the relevant factors univariate analysis of radical prostatectomy radical cost of hospitalization as a dependent variable on multiple hospital costs regression analysis. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that payment method, number of days of hospitalization, type of cases and operation method were the factors influencing hospitalization expenses. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the factors influencing hospitalization costs were surgery, hospitalization days and payment methods. Conclusion According to the condition of the best choice of surgery, so that patients recover quickly, shorten the length of stay, reduce the burden on patients.
