我院肺结核科于1980年6月20日14~15时,有42例肺结核病人相继主诉头晕、头痛、恶心、心慌,少数人呕吐。当时,经查体仅发现病人烦躁、脉快, 有些人血压升高。因当日11时半食咸鱼,曾考虑食物中毒。经调查,食鱼系腌青鱼,鱼质良好,烹调亦无异常。食同样食物的内外科病人无一例有反应。所以,当时对一般病人未作特殊处理,仅对较严重者投予异丙嗪、维生素B_6,对严重的3例输10%葡萄糖液1,000ml加维生素C2g,肌肉注射异丙嗪50mg等。当晚病人症状缓解,第二天症状消失。后经分析,发现反应者均为较长时间内接受异烟肼化疗者。据报道,腌青鱼系富含酪胺性的食物,而异烟肼对单胺氧化酶有抑制作用。根据这起反应的特点,可以认为是一起由异烟肼抑制单胺氧化的作用

It is reported that salted herring is rich in tyramine-based foods, and isoniazid inhibits monoamine oxidase.
