超声脉冲法探测混凝土内部缺陷虽应用很广。但其探测的结果只是结构的各个部位的声学参数值。如何根据这些声学参数值对结构物内部的缺陷进行判断,一直是一个值得研究的问题。笔者在本文提出了一种判断缺陷的概率判断法,即利用超声波探测混凝土结构时,由偶然误差造成的低值测点的声学参数具有概率性的特点,对混凝土的内部缺陷进行判断。本文还叙述了这种方法的基本原理和计算步骤,通过室内模拟试验及众多工程实践,表明这种方法是有效的。最后,还将这种判断方法编制成计算机应用程序软件,使对缺陷的分析和判断实现了自动化。
Ultrasonic pulse method is widely used to detect defects in concrete. However, the result of the detection is only the acoustic parameters of various parts of the structure. How to judge the internal defects of a structure based on these acoustic parameter values has always been a problem worthy of study. In this paper, a probabilistic judgment method for judging defects is proposed in this paper. When using ultrasonic to detect concrete structures, the acoustic parameters of low-value measuring points caused by accidental errors have probabilistic characteristics, and the internal defects of concrete are judged. This article also describes the basic principles and calculation steps of this method. Through indoor simulation tests and numerous engineering practices, this method is effective. Finally, this method of judgment is also compiled into computer application software to automate the analysis and judgment of defects.
