酒店管理专业开展校外实训实习是非常有必要的。酒店管理行业对人才的要求越来越高,除了要求毕业生有一定的理论知识基础外,如果毕业生在校期间有一定的行业经验,对于企业而言可以更高效率地让员工进入岗位角色,减少企业的培训成本。同时,学生在校期间的行业经历,可以让学生对自己所学的专业有更真实的认识,可以更准确地定位自己的职业选择。在现今的教学过程中,实训和实习的实施过程存在着诸多阻碍。为了更好地开展酒店管理专业的实训和实习,本文提出了若干条实施建议。
