计算机面板是计算机结构的重要组成部分。设计、生产出良好的计算机面板,不仅有利于提高整个计算机的质量;而且能给人以舒适、淡雅、安定等精神感受,并有利于提高工作效率。本文以计算机的测试台面板为例,探索了用程序控制的方法对计算机面板处理的新技术,就是将已设计好的计算机面板图纸编成程序输入到数控机自动地扫描出计算机面板图形底片。然后再进行二次照相并加工而成。其优点是速度快、精度高、质量好、如批量生产则造价低,所达到的一致性是良好的。较为理想地体现了实用、美观、大方的设计要求。然而,这里的介绍是抛砖引玉,欢迎批评指正。
