4月13至15日,交通运输部在福州举办2011年度第一期交通电子口岸建设培训班。交通运输部水运局李良生副局长、交通运输部水运科学研究院李秀平副书记、福建省交通运输厅马继列副厅长等领导出席开班仪式并作重要讲话,厅运输处、科教处、省港航局等单位参加。李良生副局长指出交通电子口岸是国家电子口岸的重要组成部分。将在“大通关”、“大物流”中发挥重要作用,将提高通关效率,降低贸易成本,是建设综合运输体系和促进现代物流发展的要求。马继列副厅长指出福建交通电子口岸的建设有助于推进海峡西岸经济区的发展。
