一、陕西公路交通基建市场的广阔前景 发展交通是国民经济的先行基础,公路交通建设是实施西部大开发战略的关键一环。陕西作为西部地区的重要省份,既是国家实施西部大开发战略的桥头堡,也是西北乃至西部连接东部的门户要道。陕西版图南北狭长,自然地理上划分为陕北、关中、陕南三块相对独立的区域。因之,无论是基于自身的发展需要还是国家的总体规划,陕西的公路交通基本建设都是一个十分重要的方面。
