变异型心绞痛,系由于冠状动脉痉挛,心肌缺血,心肌供氧减少而引起的一组临床心电图综合征。其典型表现为周期性反复发作的静息性心绞痛,主要心电图改变为心绞痛发作时ST段呈一过性上抬伴有对应导联ST段压低,发作缓解后心电图恢复正常。近年来,我院共收治几例变异性心绞痛,其中一例在发作时心电图上出现暂时性异常Q波,
