目的观察粘接式磁性附着体衔铁与基牙根面粘接的微渗漏情况,初步比较采用不同根面充填树脂(Clearfil,Ch-risma,FLOWline)和不同牙体预备形态(有无洞缘斜面)对粘结界面边缘微渗漏的影响。方法采用硝酸银染料渗入法,结合立体显微镜照片观察。结果基牙根面边缘预备45°斜面,边缘微渗漏程度相对于未预备斜面者小,差异显著(P<0.05);Clearfil桩核用树脂充填后基牙根面边缘微渗漏更小,与通用型树脂Chrisma,流动树脂FLOWline相比差异性显著(P<0.001)。结论基牙根面边缘预备45°斜面,选用桩核用树脂系统充填根面,可以减小微渗漏。
Objective To observe the microleakage of adhesive bond between the armature and the abutment root, and to compare the different configurations of the dental implants (Clearfil, Ch-risma, FLOWline) ) On the edge of the bonding interface microleakage.
