我院1984年3月——1985年3月在儿保门诊及产婴室对城市、农村共1000例一岁内的婴儿进行了母乳喂养调查。结果:母乳喂养为28.8%,(城市25.5%,农村54.9%,有显著性差异)。生后四个月内完全食母乳者,城市23.7%,农村61.5%;而生后六个月内完全食母乳者,城市22.9%,农村61.5%,影响母乳喂养的因素很多,计城市有十二种,农村有八种,其中有四种因素为城市、农村
