目的:观察和探究麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:我院收治的240例患者随机分为试验组和对照组。给予所有患者常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上,给予阿托伐他汀,试验组在对照组基础上加用麝香保心丸,观察两组临床疗效。结果:两组心绞痛症状和心电图疗效的对比,试验组效果均明显优于对照组。结论:麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗不稳定性心绞痛效果佳,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective: To observe and explore the clinical efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 240 patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. All patients were given routine treatment. The control group was given atorvastatin on the basis of conventional treatment. The experimental group was given the “Shexiang Baoxin Pill” on the basis of the control group, and the clinical curative effect was observed. Results: The two groups of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram efficacy comparison, the experimental group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with atorvastatin is effective in treating unstable angina pectoris, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
