试验研究了重水研究堆内壳用LT—21铝合金堆内挂片的辐照腐蚀性能。堆内重水维持正常水质标准,[Cl~-]≤0.1×10~(-6),[Cu~(2+)]≤0.05×10~(-6),重水温度为5~90℃,重水流速0.06m·s~(-1),重水由氦气覆盖。挂片在堆内重水中暴露时间大致为1,2,3,4,5年,中子注量分别为0.94×10~(21),1.42×10~(21),1.96×10~(21),2.68×10~(21),3.21×10~(21)n·cm~(-2)。LT-21铝合金的均匀腐蚀速率≤1μm·a~(-1),点腐蚀轻微,5批样品的腐蚀氧化膜厚度分别为3.1,5.7,5.5,10.0,12.5μm。
The radiation corrosion performance of the LT-21 aluminum alloy heap inside the heavy-water research reactor shell was experimentally studied. The heavy water in the reactor maintains the normal water quality standard [Cl ~ -] ≤ 0.1 × 10 ~ (-6), [Cu ~ (2 +)] ≤ 0.05 × 10 -6, heavy water temperature 5-90 ℃, Flow rate 0.06m · s ~ (-1), heavy water covered by helium. The coupons were exposed to heavy water for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 years respectively. The neutron fluence were 0.94 × 10 ~ (21), 1.42 × 10 ~ (21), 1.96 × 10 ~ (21) ), 2.68 × 10 ~ (21), 3.21 × 10 ~ (21) n · cm ~ (-2). The uniform corrosion rate of LT-21 aluminum alloy is less than or equal to 1μm · a ~ (-1). The corrosion resistance of 5 batches of samples is 3.1, 5.7, 5.5, 10.0 and 12.5μm respectively.
