1对象与方法1.1对象随机抽取沁源县县城城乡结合部1岁～、2岁～、3岁～、4岁～、5岁～,5个年龄组共210名的健康儿童为监测对象进行抽样,其中男性112人,女性98人。1.2方法采集静脉血3～5 ml,分离血清,置～20℃冰箱保存待检。采用酶联免疫(ELISA)方法检测,乙脑病毒IgG、麻疹IgG、风疹IgM抗体检测试剂盒均由珠海经济特区海泰生物制药有限公司生产,以上试剂均在有效期内使用,实验操作及结果判定按说明书进行。
