DREB/CBF类转录因子的功能及作用机理在拟南芥、水稻等模式植物中已经得到了较为充分的研究,但是在花生中还没有关于这类基因的报道,其功能也没有得到证实。本研究通过Bi-oedit软件在花生cDNA文库中找到了15个可能编码CBF类蛋白的基因片段,其中有2个基因没有包含完整的开放阅读框。我们通过5’-RACE RT-PCR对这两个基因的全长进行了克隆,得到了包含完整读码框的基因序列,并将序列在GenBank上注册,同时对得到的序列进行了初步分析。
The function and mechanism of DREB / CBF transcription factors have been well studied in plant models such as Arabidopsis and rice. However, no reports on these genes have been reported in peanut and their function has not been confirmed yet. In this study, 15 gene fragments encoding CBF-like proteins were found in the peanut cDNA library by Bi-oedit software. Two of them did not contain the complete open reading frame (ORF). We cloned the full length of these two genes by 5’-RACE RT-PCR and got the complete DNA sequence. The sequence was registered in GenBank, and the obtained sequence was analyzed.
