袁训书,1963年毕业于山东医学院。1982年,这位怀有强烈事业心和责任感的技术专家被推上领导岗位,先后担任山东省莱芜市人民医院副院长、院长兼党总支书记。在此期间他多次被评为山东省卫生系统优秀知识分子,1989年被省政府授予省劳动模范的光荣称号。莱芜市人民医院,是山东省卫生系统的先进典型,曾荣获卫生部授予的“全国卫生先进集体”的称号,省委、省政府授予的“先进单位”等称号。
Yuan Xunshu graduated from Shandong Medical College in 1963. In 1982, this technical expert with a strong sense of dedication and responsibility was promoted to a leadership position and successively served as vice president, dean and secretary of the party branch of Laiwu People’s Hospital of Shandong Province. During this period, he was repeatedly rated as an outstanding intellectual in the Shandong Provincial Health System. In 1989, he was awarded the honorable title of Provincial Labor Model by the provincial government. Laiwu People’s Hospital is an advanced model of Shandong’s health system. It has been awarded the title of “National Advanced Health Collective” by the Ministry of Health and the “Advanced Unit” granted by the provincial party committee and the provincial government.
