目的介绍一种闭合复位后改良经皮交叉钢针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的方法和疗效。方法闭合手法复位后,采用改良纵针与斜针交叉固定骨折端治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折3 563例。结果本组1 058例获随访0.5~15年,骨折固定后骨折端稳定,3～4周拔除钢针,骨折愈合良好,肘关节功能恢复良好。结论采用改良经皮交叉钢针内固定的方法治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折具有操作简单、并发症少、疗效满意等特点。
Objective To introduce a method and efficacy of improved percutaneous pin fixation for supracondylar humerus fractures after closed reduction. [Methods] After closed reduction, 3 563 cases of supracondylar fractures of humerus were treated with modified longitudinal and oblique needle cross fixation fractures. Results The group of 1 058 cases were followed up for 0.5 to 15 years. The fractures were stabilized after the fracture was fixed. The needles were removed at 3 to 4 weeks. The fractures healed well and the elbow joint function recovered well. Conclusion The method of modified percutaneous pin fixation for the treatment of supracondylar fractures of humerus has the advantages of simple operation, less complications and satisfactory curative effect.
