劳顾问:我单位人有10名原工伤职工(均为1993年8月1日前受伤),有的已办理正常退休,有的已办理工伤离岗退养,有的尚在工作。我单位第二批参加了本市城镇职工基本医疗保险,但参加医保后,这些职工均提出要享受100%的医疗保险待遇,认为只享受基本医疗保险待遇不太合理。请问:我们该怎样做才合法、合理?谢谢!穗虹机械厂
Labor consultant: My unit has 10 former workers who were injured (all of them were injured before 1 August 1993). Some of them have gone through normal retirement and some have already taken office for re-employment after leaving work and some are still working. The second installment of my unit participated in the basic medical insurance for urban workers in this Municipality. However, after participating in medical insurance, these workers all proposed to enjoy 100% medical insurance benefits, and considered that only enjoying basic medical insurance benefits was not reasonable.
