阿霉素膀胱内灌注预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发的疗效观察

３０例应用阿霉素行膀胱内灌注预防复发随访平均３３．２月。２例复发，复发率为７．７％，治疗过程中未发现全身副反应，仅２例出现局部症状。

30 cases of doxorubicin intravesical instillation to prevent recurrence followed up an average of 33.2 months. 2 cases relapsed, the recurrence rate was 7.7%. No systemic side effects were found during the course of treatment, and only 2 cases showed local symptoms.
