目的观察胎羊心脏介入治疗中孕羊妊娠激素的变化。方法采用自身前后对照研究方法对9只怀孕山羊进行研究。麻醉孕羊2h(对照组),洗脱期后进行胎羊心脏介入治疗(治疗组)。两组均监测孕羊心率、血气值、血压及胎羊心率、血气值(治疗组),运用化学发光法检测两组操作前、后及操作后48h孕羊血雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平。结果两组操作中孕羊心率、血压及血气值稳定;治疗组穿刺心脏后胎羊心率均有一过性下降,pH值有降低。对照组各时点孕羊血E2、P基本保持稳定;治疗组各时点孕羊血E2的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),P水平无明显变化。胎羊心脏介入治疗结束后孕羊血E2含量较对照组增加(P<0.05),E2/P比值较术前明显增加;操作后48h,术后足月产者E2、P基本恢复术前水平,早产者较T3时点E2值略有下降,E2/P比值仍增加。结论胎羊心脏介入治疗影响孕羊雌孕激素水平,可能影响到胎羊继续妊娠。
Objective To observe the changes of pregnancy hormones in pregnant sheep during cardiac interventional treatment. Methods Nine pregnant goats were studied by self-control study. Anesthetize pregnant sheep 2h (control group), after the elution sheep heart intervention (treatment group). The heart rate, blood gas level, blood pressure, heart rate and blood gas of pregnant sheep were measured in both groups. The levels of estradiol (E2) in pregnant sheep before operation, after operation and 48h after operation were detected by chemiluminescence. Ketone (P) levels. Results The heart rate, blood pressure and blood gas of pregnant women were stable in both groups during operation. The heart rate of the puncture heart of the treatment group both decreased transiently and the pH value decreased. The levels of E2 and P in pregnant sheep blood remained stable at all time points in the control group. The differences of E2 in pregnant sheep at each time point in the treatment group were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant change in the P level. The E2 level of pregnant sheep blood after the end of heart intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the ratio of E2 / P was significantly increased compared with the preoperative level. After operation for 48 hours, , E2 in preterm labor was slightly lower than that in T3, E2 / P ratio still increased. Conclusion The intervention of fetal sheep cardiac intervention affect the level of estrogen and progesterone in pregnant sheep, which may affect the fetus to continue pregnancy.
