为了研究白屈菜碱的最佳提取工艺,试验以白屈菜根为研究对象,在超声和水浴条件下分别提取白屈菜碱,采用响应面法进行分析。结果表明:超声最佳提取工艺为超声温度40℃、超声时间50 min、液料比20∶1,白屈菜碱提取率为3.10 mg/g;水浴最佳提取工艺为水浴温度80℃、水浴时间120 min、液料比20∶1,白屈菜碱提取率为1.754 mg/g。超声提取工艺优于水浴提取工艺,说明超声提取法合理、可行。
In order to study the best extraction process of chelerythrine, the test was conducted on celandine root and the chelerythrine was extracted under ultrasonic and water bath conditions, respectively, and response surface methodology was used to analyze the results. The results showed that the best ultrasonic extraction process was ultrasonic temperature 40 ℃, ultrasonic time 50 min, liquid to material ratio 20:1, and the extraction rate of chelidonine was 3.10 mg / g. The optimal extraction process was water bath temperature 80 ℃, water bath Time 120 min, liquid to material ratio 20: 1, chelidonine extraction rate 1.754 mg / g. Ultrasonic extraction process is superior to the water bath extraction process, indicating ultrasonic extraction method is reasonable and feasible.
