当前,我国社会需求成为社会工作专业培养创新人才的强大动力,但培养目标与社会需求之间出现错位,高校社工专业人才培养未能形成系统化教学模式。广西师范学院的社会工作应用型创新人才“3+3”(三维三化)培养模式具有一定代表性。高校应进一步加强宣传力度,提升全民对社会工作专业的认同感,加强与实习基地的沟通和交流,继续提升社工专业教师队伍的能力。
At present, the social needs of our country become a powerful driving force for the cultivation of creative professionals in social work programs. However, there is a dislocation between the training objectives and social needs, and the cultivation of social work professionals in higher education institutions fails to form a systematic teaching model. Guangxi Normal University Social Work Application Innovative Talents “3 +3 ” (three-dimensional three) training mode has a certain representation. Colleges and universities should further step up publicity to enhance the people’s recognition of the social work profession, strengthen communication and exchange with the practice base, and continue to enhance the ability of social work professional teachers.
