着眼提高课堂教学效益,必须增强课堂管理的意识,更新课堂管理的理念,必须研究和落实优化课堂管理的具体策略。我们认为,课堂管理的优化,一要引导学生践行良好的学习规范,二要优化教师自己的教学行为,三要反思并改进课堂中的教学环节。根据这样的思路,结合教学工作中的所见所思,笔者试着提出优化课堂管理的几个着力点。
Focus on improving classroom teaching effectiveness, we must enhance the awareness of classroom management, update the concept of classroom management, we must study and implement specific strategies to optimize classroom management. In our opinion, the optimization of classroom management should guide students to practice good learning norms, and second, to optimize teachers’ own teaching behaviors. Third, we must reflect on and improve the teaching links in the classroom. According to this kind of train of thought, combined with what I saw in my teaching work, I try to put forward some efforts to optimize classroom management.
