1981～1983年,我们曾以开花后不同授粉日期的结实率为指标,对太谷核不育小麦的柱头生活力进行了测定,结果表明:其柱头生活力可长达10天之久.由于在进行试验时,未对可育株和回交父本同时进行人工去雄授粉,因此,不足以论证太谷核不育小麦的不育穗和可育穗以及普通小麦品种柱头生活力的异同,为此,特于1984年3月份在温室中,5月份在大田条件下,又分别对太谷核不育小麦不育穗、可育穗以及回交父本的柱头生活力进行了再次研究.现将有关结果报告如下:
