在黑龙江印坛,“石魂印社”近年来的成绩是很突出的(见附表)。而这些成绩的取得,显然又与葛冰华自己的创作实践和简单实用的教学方法联系在一起的。一九九六年六月,编者曾与中国书协篆刻艺术委员会秘书长崔志强先生一起赴黑龙江,对地处哈尔滨市郊呼兰师专的“石魂印社”进行了实地考察,既澄清了篆刻界对近年来黑龙江篆刻崛起的某些疑惑,也深为葛冰华和他的印友们学习条件的艰苦和奋发精神所感动。现选发他们的部分近作并祝愿他们在今后的创作与探索中有新的进步。

The seal carving circles in recent years, some of the doubts about the rise of seal carving in Heilongjiang, but also for Ge Binghua and his Indian friends learning conditions hard and energetic touched. They are now choosing some of their recent works and wish them new progress in the future creation and exploration.
