拥有随时放假“自由”的资本家,仍能获得千百倍于工人的红利收入,便难免使人产生其不劳而获、少劳多获靠剥削起家的印象。但这种印象不正确。剥削,尽管能使资本家获得不义之财,但资本家却不能仅靠剥削在市场竞争胜出。企业是一个复杂系统,各个环节的劳动皆非常重要,而决定企业兴衰的关键因素,是资本家的决策劳动。在公平的市场环境中,资本盈亏与资本家的管理决策劳动水平正相关,资本家因艰辛决策劳动而获高收益具有合理性。
Capitalists who have a holiday ready and “free” can still receive a dividend of hundreds of thousands of workers' income will inevitably have the impression that they will earn nothing by exploitation and less by labor. But this impression is not correct. Exploitation, though enabling capitalists to gain unjust enrichment, can not compete in the market by exploiting capitalists alone. The enterprise is a complex system, and all aspects of labor are very important. The key factor that determines the rise and fall of the enterprise is the decision-making work of capitalists. In an equitable market environment, capital gains and losses are positively correlated with capitalist management and decision-making labor levels, and it is reasonable for capitalists to earn high returns through hard decision-making.
