随着科技的发展,信息化时代悄然来临,图书馆的职能和管理方式也随之发生了明显的变化。那么,怎样才能使图书管理人员跟上时代发展的迅疾脚步、胜任本职工作呢?本文认为,图书管理人员必须尽快转变思想观念,努力适应形势变化,加强学习,拥有五种素质:政治素质,作风素质,专业素质,信息素质,智能素质。唯有如此,才能使图书管理事业走上可持续发展之路。
With the development of science and technology, the information age quietly comes, and the functions and management methods of the libraries also change obviously. So, how to make Librarians keep pace with the rapid development of the times and be competent for their own jobs? This paper argues that Librarians must change their ideas and concepts as soon as possible, try their best to adapt to the change of situation, strengthen study and possess five qualities: political quality, work style Quality, professional quality, information quality, intelligent quality. Only in this way can the book management cause embark on the path of sustainable development.
