[目的]探讨Annexin A3在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。[方法]通过免疫组化MaxvisionTM法和Western blot法检测50例乳腺正常组织、50例乳腺良性肿瘤、60例乳腺癌组织及50例转移淋巴结中的Annexin A3表达水平,并分析其与乳腺癌患者年龄、肿瘤大小及不同分期的关系。[结果]免疫组化结果显示Annexin A3在乳腺正常组织、乳腺良性肿瘤、乳腺癌、乳腺癌转移淋巴结中的阳性表达率分别为4.0%、12.0%、65.0%、88.0%,Annexin A3在正常乳腺组织中的表达与其在乳腺良性肿瘤中的表达差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.174,P=0.14);Annexin A3在乳腺良性肿瘤中的表达与其在乳腺癌组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义(χ2=31.691,P=0.000);Annexin A3在乳腺癌组织中的表达与其在转移淋巴结组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.790,P=0.005)。乳腺瘤患者Annexin A3的表达在不同年龄、不同肿瘤大小和不同肿瘤分期中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]Annexin A3在乳腺癌及转移淋巴结中高表达,在促进乳腺癌的发生、发展及转移中可能有一定的作用。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of Annexin A3 in breast cancer and its significance. [Methods] The expression of Annexin A3 in 50 cases of normal breast tissues, 50 cases of benign breast tumors, 60 cases of breast cancer and 50 cases of metastatic lymph nodes were detected by immunohistochemistry MaxvisionTM and Western blot. The expression of Annexin A3 in breast cancer Age, tumor size and the relationship between different stages. [Results] The positive rate of Annexin A3 expression in normal breast tissues, benign breast neoplasms, breast cancer and breast cancer metastasis lymph nodes was 4.0%, 12.0%, 65.0% and 88.0% The expression of Annexin A3 in breast benign tumors was significantly different from that in breast benign tumors (χ2 = 2.174, P = 0.14) χ2 = 31.691, P = 0.000). The expression of Annexin A3 in breast cancer tissues was significantly different from that in lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 7.790, P = 0.005). The expression of Annexin A3 in breast cancer patients showed no significant difference in different age, tumor size and tumor stage (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The high expression of Annexin A3 in breast cancer and metastatic lymph nodes may play a role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of breast cancer.
