辐射防护最新发展趋势是探讨合并用药以减轻辐射损伤效应的可能性,目的在于增强辐射防护效应,而不增加毒性.巯基类药物如胱胺和WR-2721,能增加造血干细胞的存活,非甾类抗炎药(NSAIDs)如消炎痛和双氯灭痛,通过抑制前列腺素产生增强存活造血细胞的增殖.实验探讨了合用这两类药对增强辐射防护作用的可能性.实验采用14周龄CBA×C57BL/10雄性小鼠,体重30±3g.~(60)Coγ射线照射,剂量率为0.4Gy/min.均采用腹腔给药.
