目的:了解某部驻区螨类携带肾综合征出血热病毒状况和病毒型别。方法:采集鼠类体表寄生的螨类。应用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)扩增螨类模板的M片段基因序列,用BLAST软件进行序列分析,并用Clustal X(1.8)进行聚类分析。结果:RT-PCR检测结果显示,1组螨类标本中检测出了汉城型汉坦病毒,对一份阳性标本进行序列测定并分析其核苷酸序列,结果与中国黑龙江的AF28829株、日本的HANG12GP株、朝鲜的HVU38177株和HVU37729株同源性较高。结论:该部驻区鼠类体表寄生的螨类携带汉城型汉坦病毒。
Objective: To understand the status and virus type of hemorrhagic fever with kidney syndrome in mites in a certain area. Methods: Mite parasites on the surface of rodents were collected. The M fragment gene sequence of mite template was amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), sequenced by BLAST software and clustered by Clustal X (1.8). Results: The results of RT-PCR showed that Han-type Hantavirus was detected in one group of mites and one positive specimen was sequenced and its nucleotide sequence was analyzed. The results were compared with those of AF28829 strain in Heilongjiang Province, Japan HANG12GP strain, North Korea’s HVU38177 strain and HVU37729 strain homology is higher. CONCLUSIONS: Mites parasitized on the body surface of rodents in the ministry carry Seoul-type hantavirus.
