1.培训基地平台建设设立了广外广州南沙国际服务外包人才培训基地;同时,与十几家大型国际服务外包企业和国际服务外包人才培训机构签订了“订单式”人才培训合作协议。组织了19门国际服务外包特色教材的编写和21门课件开发工作,其中部分教材将可能成为国际服务外包人才培训的标准教材。创建了两个实验室,一个用于最新技术、高端技术(软件架构)的培训;另一个用于软件测试(兼普通软件开发技术)培训等。2.人才培训情况开展服务外包师资培训,国际服务外包人才培训基地创建以来,先后与惠普、赛宝、思科等业界领先培训机构合作培训软件架构师等各类IT高校“双师型”教师近两百人。
